Victoria Canavor directs the Baker Center for Leadership & Governance at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, and brings more than 15 years experience in the nonprofit and private sectors. Before coming to Georgetown, Victoria served as senior advisor to the CEO of TechnoServe, an economic development enterprise dedicated to finding business solutions to poverty in Africa, Latin America and India. She previously worked at the National Democratic Institute, a nonprofit organization that supports and strengthens democratic institutions worldwide, and advised Fortune 100 companies as a management consultant with Deloitte. She began her career at the opinion research firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Victoria holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
