Georgetown Public Policy Challenge

About the Policy Challenge

We are proud to sponsor the 5th annual Georgetown Public Policy Challenge, an interdisciplinary competition organized by the McCourt School. The Policy Challenge tasks teams of 2-5 students with developing innovative policy solutions aimed to address a local or regional issue impacting the Washington, D.C. region. The competition is open to all graduate students at Georgetown University and is sponsored by the Baker Center and the McCourt School of Public Policy.

Last year’s winning team conceived of CapVax, a mobile vaccination clinic that could supply free fly vaccinations to the must vulnerable neighborhoods in Washington, D.C. You can learn more about last year’s participants here.

Logistics and timetables for the competition will be covered.
