The Baker Center will host a Forum in early 2018 in Washington, DC, This Forum will convene thought leaders from around the world to discuss how to restore a sense of security in the lives of everyday people, in an age when trust in leaders and institutions has eroded. Experts from academic institutions, corporations, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and government will tackle this issue from several different perspectives, ranging from economic security to safety to environmental security to health care. They will emerge from this discussion with fresh and practical ideas, ready to begin the hard work of restoring a sense of security in this country and around the world.
